Prior to GEN MED, Tim held various positions in the medical device sector, where he contributed to the development of cutting-edge medical technologies. His expertise spans product development, project management, and regulatory compliance, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in bringing medical devices to market.

Tim also brings a unique perspective to his professional career through his distinguished military service. As a former U.S. Marine Officer, he honed leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments. His military background instilled a disciplined approach to teamwork, operational efficiency, and mission-driven execution, qualities that have consistently guided his success in the medical device industry.

Tim's has a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Engineering Management and Economics from the University of Massachusetts. He also has a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University.
